November 14 club day planning

The committee would like to share the news that Ballarat Kart Club intends to run an Interclub Event Sunday the 14th November!
As you can appreciate, we are awaiting advice in relation to restrictions and subsequent advice from Karting Australia, but all going well, it’s going to be a great event!!!
We have some great giveaways planned and if our last club day is anything to go by, it’s going to be huge.
Stay tuned!

Social practice resumes this weekend

Social karting can resume from this Friday, so we are expecting a few people out on Saturday with the nice weather.

We still have to comply with the law and the rules, so

You may be asked to produce your phone and show the tick.
  • Wear a mask around the paddock
  • No spectators are allowed - so please SHUT THE GATE after you enter
  • Officials and 1 parent are permitted

Ballarat Kart Club Annual General Meeting - Thursday 21 January

The 2020 AGM will be held on Thursday 21st January at 7.30pm at the Ballarat Bowling club 6 Havelock St, Soldiers Hill VIC 3350.

We have decided to have this meeting in town to try and get as many members in attendance as possible, a small supper will be supplied along with drinks at bar prices.
We will also be looking to offer a dial in option  if this is possible.

It is extremely important that we get as many members to this meeting as possible so that a strong committee can be installed to see us through the next year, hopefully with big plans already in the pipeline.
We are also looking to have in place the ability for PROXY voting if you are unable to attend.
All positions will be declared open and we encourage any member to stand for any position you think you can add value including ordinary committee member positions.
These roles are a valuable part of any committee, and allows the ability for a broader club representation in decision making at the club.
We also highly recommend that some female members nominate for positions as your views are invaluable to the future of our club running in a gender neutral environment.

Please confirm your attendance to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for catering, or if you have any questions.
